Things don't always go to plan when time is short and you are up against deadlines but it's how you deal with things that's important to me. In 1994 it was rebranded as <strong>Pro-retail </strong>and was held at the Chateau Impney, Droiwich before finding its traditional home at The International Centre, Telford.
